Hats off to Jenn for going out of her way and making sure my load was picked up and taken care off. I've always said, you get what you pay for, this time it was the opposite. Very unprofessional and lack of honesty amongst the staff who work here. Jennifer cannot keep her promise and has total disregard for the carriers she interacts with to keep her business alive. Un-assigning orders, promising to reassign, and then to find out from the customer that their vehicle is being shipped with another carrier is utterly disgusting and will not be tolerated without letting others know how you conduct your business.
