Broker/dispatcher makes commitments that the drivers do not meet. Had a delivery delayed twice for no obvious reason. Car was finally delivered a day late and inoperable. Broker/dispatcher and driver unloaded rhe car and left it. Have shipped multiple classic cars with other transport companies with no issues. This experience with G&G was awful, and I saved all of the text communications.
